Damage Deposit £250
If space is available the rental rate of any extension to the initial rental period is negotiable and must be paid prior to the commencement of any second period with the security deposit held intact.
BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
Bookings cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival - full refund of any advance rental payments received
Bookings cancelled 2 days prior to arrival - refund of 50% of any advance rental payments received
Bookings cancelled less than 2 days prior to arrival - no refund of any advance rental payments received
Early departure does not warrant any refund of rental payments received
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
Assuming the renter has complied with all conditions the Security Deposit will be refunded in full 10 days after departure or sooner.
